Exceptional Service and Comfortable Rooms

I recently enjoyed my stay, with incredibly friendly staff who made me feel at home from the get-go. The room was spacious, offering a sweeping view, and the dining options, particularly the breakfast buffet, were delicious with a great variety of choices. The only downside was some street noise at night that could be disruptive during late hours.

My stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Country Club was truly wonderful! The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed and pampered. The room was fantastic, with a cozy corner that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. We had an amazing time at this hotel! The kids loved the vibrant weekly tianguis right nearby, where we found colorful crafts and delicious snacks. The staff was attentive, making our stay comfortable even with two babies in tow. Plus, the pool was fantastic for family fun!

Check-in was efficient, and the room was impeccably clean, highlighted by an exceptional shower experience. The fitness center, although small, offered great city views—perfect for a workout. The food selection, especially their curry, was delightful. However, the fitness center could use more equipment, and noise from nearby events was noticeable at times, making it less peaceful. Parking was also a bit challenging during peak hours. Will definitely return for another stay!

I absolutely loved the variety of options at breakfast, and the live violin music was such a nice touch! Also, the view from the gym was just breathtaking. However, I had an issue with the room setup. the large bathroom lacked a second sink, which was inconvenient for us.

The spa services offered massages that truly helped us relax after a long day of exploring. A minor downside was the lack of non-beef options at breakfast, but overall, this place is a winner! 😊

Just a decent option for a city holiday in Guadalajara with attractive and competitive value for money. The breakfast buffet was really good and definitely a highlight of my stay. Make sure to check out the nearby restaurants. they have some great dining options.
